Registration for the 2013 Waiting List is now open.

• Davisville Membership will open for returning, deferred and associate members on February 15. Registration and payment must be received by March 15.
• Davisville Membership will open to Waiting List and New Member Applicants on February 20. If you have registered on the Waiting List, your registration and payment must be received by March 15 to qualify for membership at Davisvile in 2013
• ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED ONLINE. Payments can still be made by cheque or by email money transfer.

RETURNING MEMBERSHIP DETAILS

Registration for this season will open on February 15 for all returning Davisville members. More information on the process will be available soon.

Important Message - All Membership Registrations must be made electronically. There will be no paper based registrations. We still accept cheques by mail and EMT payments.

Online application forms with payments to the club must be received by Davisville by the end of day March 15th to secure your spot for the season. After this time, returning members will be considered on a first come/first serve basis along with all other applicants with the assumption that spots exist after the waiting list and new member applications are processed. Please do not delay!

Deferred memberships are also available to returning members. Deferred membership provides members with the option to put their membership on hold for two seasons.

For those members that have deferred in the prior year, you have the option to extend your deferred membership for one more season or restart your membership. Your completed application will be considered before the waiting list is considered. So, if you are coming back this year, make sure to get your application and payment in on time.

WAITING LIST AND NEW MEMBER APPLICATIONS

Potential new members on the waiting list or applying for the first time will have membership open to you on February 20. If you are on the Waiting List, you must reapply for membership and payment must be received by Davisville at the end of day on March 15 to confirm your interest in joining Davisville this year.

If you are not a member and are not on the waiting list yet, you should apply (with payment) starting on February 20 and no later than March 15. You should get applications and payments to us as soon as possible!

New members will be accepted into the club on March 16 in the order in which they applied and provided they have finished registration and payment has been received. Applications and payments from any category received on March 16 or later will be accepted on a first come, first served basis provided that there are membership spots available. So, don't delay!!

MEMBER SIGN UP DAY

We will be conducting a one day, in person, membership application drop in for those that wish to register in person Sunday March 3rd from 1pm to 3pm at the Red Lantern - 228 Merton St. If you would rather sign up for Davisville in person, then please come and join us! (signing up in person will not change your position on the wait list or give you any additional preference as a new member).

WAITING LIST

Generally, everyone on our waiting list who applies for membership and PAYS by the appropriate date receives membership. However, we can't promise that the same will be true every year, so remember to apply and pay as early in the process as you can. If you are not successful, your payment will be returned but you will remain, in a good position, on the waiting list for the following year.
